The moon is high in the sky...
Stars are shining bright.
The students break away from their groups while on their way home.
I follow them many yards away, but she's still in sight.
I walk casually step by step, not wanting to give them fright.
Block after block the group depletes, My shadow moves with silent feet.
Another block down with one mile to go, but now my precious is all alone.
I give a slight cough in teasing play.
The prey turns back then looks away.
On the back of my neck, hair tingles with delight.
As I smell the fresh scent of all her fright.
I see her shudder and move quicker in pace,
But I'm sorry my dear it's already to late.
My fur bristles up and starts to spread,
My stride starts swaying, I'm seeing red.
She looks back stunned, the look on her face.
She screams and runs, now I shall chase!
I chase her down, she can't escape.
As soon as I saw her I knew her fate.
The lively feeling of the hunt, hunger rises hormones jump,
But it's all the same to me. I just love the hunt.
And now i shall feast!
I don't wish to harm...
So i will be quick!
She wont feel a thing...
Except maybe this!

The Hunt is on.
I could smell him from miles away. He smelled of fear, the same irrational fear that every human gets when they are alone in the dark. His fear though, wasn't so unwarranted. We were watching him; this pathetic thing walking right into our land. Oh how his fear made my mouth water with anticipation. I wanted to tear into his chest like a thanksgiving turkey, breaking the bones of his inferior structure and then sucking every last bit of marrow from them.
Willow sat next to me hunched over as we waited for the rest of the pack to signal, Willow being the newest member of the pack was to be the b

Bitten
Every Friday this summer I'd taken hikes deep into the Rockies to meditate properly and forget the noisy stress of the world, and this Friday was no different. With work and college, I was pretty busy most of the week, and on my precious day off I'd go to one of my favorite places: the forest.
Having wound through the various trees on the dusty path for an hour or two while lost in thought, I decided to toss down my Camelbak and sit up against the branchless base of a nearby pine and take a quick break. I closed my eyes as a soft breeze played through my hair and made the green branches around me sway softly in the patched shade. I loved it

The Werewolf
With blood red fangs I release my cry,
Up towards the moon in the sky.
A beast of night I become,
Scaring human hunters numb.
In the forest they've lost their way,
And will not live another day.
Because their scent I have caught,
Them and the deer they just shot.
On the path now I can feel,
That I'm in for a tasty meal.
This is my forest and I rule,
My werewolf instincts my only tool.
My tongue burns for their taste,
Their bones I'll gladly turn to paste.
I'm right behind them, I can smell their fear,
Fear not my friends the end is near.
Dodging their bullets and ripping them apart,
Through their rib cage and to their heart.
